District Nurse
Christine Perlic has been in pediatrics for over 15 years. Christine is a Euclid alumna, she earned her BSN from the University of Pennsylvania and her school nurse certification from Ashland University.

School Clinics
Each school clinic is staffed throughout the school day by a health monitor. Our goal is to keep every student healthy, active and ready to learn. If your student requires medication during the school day or has a health condition that will require special care during the upcoming school year, please check our resource links, download and print any applicable forms. Once forms are completed by yourself and your student’s physician, you may fax, mail or walk forms into your student’s school clinic.
