Who can register for kindergarten?
Any child living in Euclid who will be five-years-old on or before August 1, 2017.
What do I need to register my child for kindergarten?
You will need to fill out the kindergarten Registration Packet, prior to your registration appointment.
Be sure to bring the following items:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Your Driver's license or State ID
- Proof of Residency (your mortgage document or rental contract plus two pieces of mail)
- If applicable: bring legal documents relating to custody/ guardianship, divorce decree naming residential parent for school purposes, IEP & ETR (if your child is receiving special education services)

At the Fordyce Administration Building (651 East 222nd Street, Euclid, Ohio 44123).

Registration is by appointment only. Please call 216.797.2933 or 216.797.2943 to schedule an appointment to register your child for kindergarten.
Why should I register my child now?
It is important to register your child for kindergarten early as registration provides your child with a smooth transition. It also helps the district to be adequately prepared to educate all children and understand each child’s strengths and needs before the first day of school.
