Request Transcripts
How can I obtain a copy of my transcripts?
To obtain a copy of your transcripts, you can send an email to dmacgillis@euclid.k12.oh.us with your request. Current year students must contact their Guidance Counselor to obtain a copy of their transcripts. If you have withdrawn or graduated from Euclid High School, please include the following information in your request:
- Full name (maiden name if applicable)
- Phone number or email to contact if necessary
- Date of Birth
- Year of graduation or withdrawal
- Name and address of school/university or place of employment and to whose attention.
Please note that: * Official transcripts sent directly to the school or employer * Unofficial copies are given or sent to the person requesting * All transcript requests are $5.00 each. We accept either cash or money order (payable to Euclid City Schools). We will not accept personal checks. Monies must be paid first before transcript goes out. 2010-2012 graduates should contact Pat Wilson (216-797-7814) in the Guidance Department at the high school for their transcript. The high school handles previous three year request for transcripts.
