Brief Biography:  I was born in Cleveland, Ohio. I attended the Mayfield City Schools and graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor's Degree in K-8 Education.  I received a Master's Degree in school administration, and later, a Ph.D. in urban administration from Cleveland State University. My entire career has been spent serving the students, parents, and community members of Euclid in various roles, including: teacher, assistant principal, principal, and now Assistant Superintendent of Personnel. I thoroughly enjoy working in the Euclid School District and look forward to all the new initiatives we have in store for the future.

 My main responsibilities and duties as Assistant Superintendent include:  

  • Responsible for recruitment and hiring process for all personnel
  • Oversee teacher evaluation process and teacher plan of assistance program
  • Chief negotiator for most certified and noncertified collective bargaining groups
  • Interpretation and maintenance of collective bargaining agreements
  • Chairperson of Highly Qualified and Effective Teacher Committee
  • Race to the Top Coordinator
  • Co-chairperson of the Euclid Professional Development Committee
  • Co-chairperson of the Title I grant
  • District Compliance Officer
  • District Hearing Officer for all suspension appeals
  • Coordinator for Resident Educator Program
