EDtv
Euclid EDtv is the Educational Cable Television Station (available on Time-Warner Cable channel 22) and online video service (euclidschools.org) owned and operated by the Euclid City School District since the fall of 2001. Content on Euclid EDtv consists mainly of original, quality programming featuring event coverage and concept-based programs. Our main focus on EDtv is to take the viewer inside the classrooms of our district to see the exciting educational progress our students are making.
Events we cover include Board of Education meetings, instrumental and vocal music concerts, sporting events, assemblies, open houses, graduations, talent shows, classroom highlights, and many others. Examples of our original programming include ECS Insider (a news/digital magazine program), Chapter 22 (classroom story time), and Power Points (a short, single topic interview based news program).
Another main component of Euclid EDtv is the bulletin board message and information service broadcast continuously between scheduled programs. This service provides viewers with important information (such as lunch menu's, meeting dates, and announcements), interesting tidbits (The Daily Barrel, Did You Know, and Quote of the Day), and photos from throughout the district.
