Extended Closure Resources

Chromebook Return

In Euclid Schools, we are committed to doing our best to continue to educate all children.  The use of technology is an effective way for us to do this.  We were pleased to be able to provide you with  a device for your children to use during this extended school closure, so that they were able to continue with their learning.  Now that the school year is coming to a close, it is time for us to collect the devices.

Chromebook return will take place at the back parking lot of Memorial Park (the entrance off Babbitt Road, across from the old Y).  You can return the devices next week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, May 27th, 28th, and 29th.  The times that you can return the chromebooks are as follows:

Wednesday, 5/27,   1 p,m. To 5 p.m.
Thursday, 5/28,  8 a.m. to Noon
Friday, 5/29,  1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

You may come at any of those three dates/times to return the device.  Please be sure to also bring the power cord, wrapped up with a rubber band if possible.   Again, chromebook return will be in the back parking lot of Memorial Park (the entrance off Babbitt Road, across from the old Y).

Once devices have been returned, they will be inventoried and checked that they are still in good working order.  If you do not return your chromebook, or it is damaged, a fee will be assessed to your account.

We thank you for your continued support and dedication to your child’s education!

Senior Commencement
We have considered options with regard to Commencement given Gov. Mike DeWine's orders prohibiting mass gatherings. While we are prevented from holding a traditional ceremony, we are working on a framework for an alternative commencement ceremony. The alternative will be a combination of a virtual ceremony and an opportunity to walk the stage in-person in an intimate and memorable setting that wil still maintain the protocols of social distancing. The alternative ceremony will be held in the later part of June - with the date still to be determined. We will share the date and procedures once we have them approved by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
Student Fees
Due to the continued school closure mandate from the Governor, we are currently only accepting credit card payments for student fees.   Payments can be made in the following methods:
 - You may log into Infinite Campus and pay your student's outstanding fees through the Online Portal.  Please be aware there is a minor convenience fee associated with this method to cover the costs of online merchant fees OR
 - You may pay your student's outstanding fees over the phone at 216-797-7873 or contact Kathy Mowery at [email protected] to leave your contact information and she will follow up with a phone call as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
