District Nurse

Ms. Jackson has been been a nurse for 21 years and has extensive pediatric nursing experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University and her School Nurse Certification through Ashland University. 

School Clinics
Each school clinic is staffed throughout the school day by a health monitor. Our goal is to keep every student healthy, active and ready to learn. If your student requires medication during the school day or has a health condition that will require special care during the upcoming school year, please check our resource links, download and print any applicable forms. Once forms are completed by yourself and your student’s physician, you may fax, mail or walk forms into your student’s school clinic.

*Please have the pharmacist add a label with the student’s name directly to the epipen that the student will be carrying on his person. Also, state law requires that any student self carrying an epipen must have a back up epipen kept in the clinic.
*Parents must have the pharmacist add a label with the student’s name directly to the inhaler.
