In-person/hybrid return delay

On January 14, the Cuyahoga County Board of Health once again extended their Stay-at-home health advisory, through Sunday, Jan. 31. The advisory recommends school districts continue virtual learning through that day to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The Euclid Schools will follow the recommendations of the stay-at-home advisory extension.

All students will remain in virtual learning through Friday, Jan. 29. Our revised in-person/hybrid return date will be Monday, Feb. 1. We understand the frustration with the changes in our return dates, and we are doing our very best to balance the health of our community and the benefits of in-person learning. We plan to return on Feb. 1 even if the Board of Health decides to extend the stay-at-home advisory beyond that date.

When we return to in-person/hybrid learning, the cohort schedule will remain the same. The blue cohort will attend school in person on Monday and Thursday. Gold cohort students will attend school in person on Tuesday and Friday. Wednesday will remain a virtual learning and support day for all students.
Career-tech, Extracurricular activities & Athletics
Euclid career-tech classes and extracurricular activities will remain virtual until the advisory expires. Athletic activities resumed on Monday, Jan. 11 and will continue.

Please keep an eye on your email, Infinite Campus, and phones for additional information and instructions from your child’s principal and teacher(s).

Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility, and for doing your part to keep us safe and healthy.
