At Arbor Elementary, positive behavior was recognized in a memorable and fun way through the schoolโs Splat the Staff celebration. Students who demonstrated strong choices, including having no referrals and fewer than four minor incident reports, earned the opportunity to participate in one of the districtโs most popular rewards.
During the event, students filled plates with whipped cream and playfully splatted them onto the faces of teachers and staff members. The activity created excitement, laughter, and lasting memories while reinforcing an important message about the value of positive behavior.
Students who consistently demonstrate the districtโs 3Rs, Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn, were able to see a direct connection between their daily choices and meaningful recognition. Staff members embraced the experience with enthusiasm, showing their commitment to celebrating student success and building strong relationships. Their willingness to participate highlighted a positive school culture where encouragement and connection are central to learning.
Across Euclid Schools, students who model strong behavior and contribute positively to their school community have been earning access to Best Behavior Bonus Days, also known as BBB Days. These celebrations provide additional opportunities for students to be recognized for meeting expectations and demonstrating the 3Rs each day.
By creating engaging incentives like Splat the Staff and BBB Days, Arbor and schools across the district continue to reinforce that positive behavior matters. These moments strengthen school culture, motivate students, and reflect the supportive environment that defines Panther Pride.
