However, we have concerns about the heat in the buildings and may need to cancel school. We will make this decision by 12:30pm. If, in fact, school is cancelled for the afternoon, students will be dismissed at 1:15pm. Students will be allowed to stay in the building until the end of the normal school day.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and staff.

These simulations are a training exercise only and are designed to help our school, Euclid Police, Fire and EMS, and other partner agencies strengthen coordination and preparedness.
There is no active threat and no cause for alarm.
Community members may notice an increased presence of emergency vehicles and personnel on campus from 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 pm.
We are grateful for the partnership and planning that helps ensure our schools remain safe, prepared, and responsive.

Euclid High School’s Career Technical Education programs have been hard at work preparing a magical Winter Wonderland experience for our community. Unfortunately, the high winds over Thanksgiving break and yesterday’s snowstorm caused some damage to the outdoor display. To ensure everything is safe, repaired, and ready to shine, we are postponing the opening ceremony to Monday, December 8th.
Our students are already making the necessary fixes, and we’re excited to bring you an even brighter, more spectacular kickoff next week. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our incredible CTE students.
✨ New Opening Ceremony Date:
Monday, December 8th
5:00–7:00 PM (Lights on at 5:30 PM)
📍 Fordyce Building, 651 E. 222nd St.
We can’t wait to welcome you for pictures with Santa, student-produced holiday music, and plenty of festive fun.
All members of the Euclid community are invited!

As Thanksgiving approaches, Euclid Schools would like to remind families that this afternoon marks the start of our Fall Break. There will be no school from Wednesday, November 26, through Sunday, November 30, giving our students and staff the chance to relax and spend time with loved ones.
This extended break coincides with the Thanksgiving holiday, offering a perfect opportunity to reflect on what we’re thankful for and to recharge for the weeks ahead. We hope everyone enjoys this time to rest, reconnect, and celebrate the season of gratitude.
While we encourage everyone to fully embrace the break, it’s also important to look ahead. When students return to school, only three weeks remain in the semester before Winter Break begins and the Second Quarter comes to an end. These final weeks are critical as students wrap up projects, prepare for exams, and solidify their grades. We look forward to seeing all our students back in the classroom on December 1st!
