Panther Bucks winners for the week went on a Snowman Search through the school and won prizes based on their snowman's number. Great job following the 3 R's Panthers!!!!!

Our new marquee is in and it looks great.
One of the biggest things at Chardon Hills is we want you all to be informed on what is going on.
We will frequently update this upcoming events.
Communication is KEY!

You will see ORANGE cones on the either side of our Chardon Hills residences. PLEASE do not park in front of these driveways. They need to be able to get in/out of their driveways.
Also, with all the weather that is here and coming in the future it is IMPERATIVE that we are TIMELY with pick up/drop off.
This means all the kids are ready to pop out of the car quickly with the hats, gloves and book bag.
If your child needs extra time to get out of the car, we understand-pull all the way around to the GUEST PARKING.
The biggest HELP is EVERYONE "PULL UP" all way to allow for more cars to pull up to the main sidewalk.
PLEASE, as soon as you get to the side walk UNLOAD there to get more vehicles IN/OUT in a timely fashion.
When we can unload in "Waves" we can get everyone in and off campus more efficiently.
Thank you for your attention to this.
**This includes in the PM... please pull all the way to the cones to get more kids out of the building along the sidewalk.

Indoor recess isn't ideal, but we at CHSS make the MOST of IT!
ALL SMILES!

Fifth graders got to reminisce aboutΒ Β their fourth grade field trip from last year when they celebrated honeybee education day last May.Β Β
This morning several individuals from the organization came and did a mini lesson a to teach students the importance of honeybees and how they improve our agriculture and food and how important they are to our ecosystem and how they are an example of symbiosis in ecosystems.Β Β
As a culminating treat, the students were served a buttered toast and honey breakfast by some of our own Euclid high school CTE program students who are in the agricultural program.Β Β

Students in Mrs. Hickmanβs class have been working to decompose shapes in different ways using pattern blocks.
We love seeing our Panthers using Manipulatives! :) π

In 5th grade we are building thinking classrooms.Β Β
