Welcome to Euclid High School Quentin "Coach Q" Rogers Graphic

Euclid City Schools is proud to announce the hiring of Coach Quentin “Q” Rogers as the new Head Coach of the Euclid High School Boys Basketball program.

Coach Rogers brings an extraordinary record of success and leadership to Euclid. He has led Richmond Heights High School to three consecutive OHSAA State Championships and five straight Final Four appearances. With a career high school coaching record of 164-44, he has consistently built championship-caliber teams while emphasizing character, discipline, and student-athlete development.

"Coach Rogers is a proven winner and a transformational leader," said Superintendent Christopher Papouras. "His record speaks for itself, but what impressed us most was his commitment to developing students both on and off the court. He is exactly the kind of leader we want guiding our student-athletes."

In addition to his high school coaching accomplishments, Coach Rogers has an extensive background in elite-level basketball. Through his work with the All-Ohio Red Basketball Program, he has coached or trained:

  • 90+ NCAA Division I players

  • 18 future NBA players

  • 4 Ohio Mr. Basketball recipients

  • 1 National High School Player of the Year

  • 2 National College Players of the Year

Coach Rogers also founded Get Your Game Right LLC, a player development company that has trained dozens of NCAA All-Americans and NBA draft picks.

“I’m honored and excited to lead the Euclid Panthers,” said Coach Rogers. “Euclid has a proud tradition, and I look forward to building a culture that not only competes at the highest level, but also shapes young men into leaders in the classroom, on the court, and in life.”

Tony Fisher, Euclid High School Athletic Director, added:

“We are thrilled to welcome Coach Q to the Euclid Panther family. His knowledge of the game, track record of excellence, and genuine passion for mentoring young athletes stood out in every part of the interview process. We are confident he will elevate our basketball program and inspire our students to reach their fullest potential.”

Coach Q has been named OHSAA Coach of the Year, North East District Coach of the Year (3x), and was listed in Silver Waves Media’s Top 50 Coaches Primed for NBA/College Jobs for three consecutive years.

Euclid City Schools looks forward to the next chapter of Panther basketball under Coach Rogers’ leadership.
