Thursday marked the final day of school for The Euclid High School Class of 2026, and students and staff came together to celebrate the occasion with one of the school's newest traditions: the annual senior clapout.

Led by the thunderous beats of the Euclid Marching Band Drumline, seniors made one final walk through the halls of Euclid High School as classmates, teachers and staff lined the corridors with applause, cheers and words of encouragement.

THe calpout was both a celebration and a reflection point for the graduating class, recognizing the accomplishments, memories and growth students experienced during their time at EHS. As seniors parade through the building, underclassmen and staff members showed their support and appreciation for the Class of 2026 and the impact they have had on the school community.

The energy throughout the building reflected the pride and excitement surrounding the graduating class as seniors prepare to close one chapter and begin the next stage of their journeys.

While the final school day marked a major milestone, several important senior celebrations still remain on the calendar. This week, students will be recognized during the annual Senior Awards Blue and Gold Gala, celebrating academic achievement, leadership and accomplishments across the graduating class.

Seniors will also take part in Prom on Friday, giving classmates one final opportunity to celebrate together before graduation festivities begin.

The Class of 2026 will officially graduate on May 21 at Euclid Community Stadium, where family members, friends, staff and the community will gather to celebrate the next generation of Panther alumni.

As graduation approaches, the senior clapout served as a powerful reminder of the strong connections, traditions and school pride that define the Euclid High School experience.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026. Panther Nation is proud of all you have accomplished and excited for all that lies ahead.
