The Euclid Board of Education is proud to announce that Ms. India Jackson will return to the Euclid Schools as the new Executive Director of Human Resources and Operations.
Ms. Jackson brings over 20 years of human resources experience within education to the position, along with a strong understanding of Northeast Ohio school districts and the many systems that support students, staff and families.
Throughout her career, Ms. Jackson has built a broad base of experience in human resources administration, previously serving in districts including Painesville City Local School District, East Cleveland City Schools, Bedford City Schools, Beachwood City Schools and Euclid Schools.
In her new role, Ms. Jackson will oversee the district’s Human Resources Department, as well as Business Operations. This includes key areas of district operations such as transportation, facilities, food service, and security. Her leadership will play an important role in supporting the staff, systems and services that help Euclid Schools operate effectively each day.
Ms. Jackson holds a Masters of Labor and Human Resources and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/Human Resources from The Ohio State University. She also holds Professional in Human Resources, or PHR, and SHRM Certified Professional, or SHRM-CP, certifications. Both credentials reflect a strong level of knowledge, experience and professional achievement in the field of human resources.
