Before taking the field tonight, Euclid High School football players recognized some of the people who have helped them get there. On Thursday, the Panthers participated in the Jersey Exchange, a tradition Head Coach Damion Creel brought to Euclid that gives players an opportunity to honor teachers who have made a positive impact on their high school experience.
Each player selected a teacher and presented them with their game jersey to wear or display throughout the school day. The gesture celebrates the encouragement, guidance and support teachers provide, along with the lasting difference they make by believing in their students.

The Jersey Exchange has quickly become a favorite tradition at Euclid High School, bringing smiles to players and teachers while filling classrooms and hallways with Panther Pride. It also brings this year’s district theme, IMPACT, to life by giving students a chance to show their appreciation for the educators who help them grow, on and off the field.
